Training

Since leaving school at sixteen I have actively been involved in the learning and development/training industry whether it is in the role of a learner or as a trainer/teacher delivering training on a one to one or one to a group basis. Due to my diverse career experience I have gained qualifications, experience and competence in a wide range of sectors that include; engineering, manufacturing, health and safety, training and security.

I have delivered numerous training sessions, trade talks, presentations and courses in each of these sectors and have gained valuable experience in carrying out training needs analysis, identifying skills gaps and designing and delivering structured training programmes for both individuals and companies.

I hold numerous training qualifications including PTTLLS, NVQ Level 3 Learning and Development, enabling me to deliver a wide range of accredited training programmes including both CIEH and SIA recognised/accredited courses.
